The challenge for the Ag Press building's design is to define and develop spaces that not only operate efficiently but also enrich the community by stimulating economic progress, drawing in talent, and helping local development. The most important aspect is the preservation of a historical distinct features that make this site and Manhattan city a desirable hub for families.
